Welcome to the School Window Citizen Portal. By accessing, seeking to access and/or utilizing the School Window Citizen Portal and services (collectively “The Services”) you (“User”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).
By accessing, seeking to access and/or using The Services, User confirms that User has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions regardless of whether User is accessing, seeking to access and/or using The Services on User’s own behalf or on the behalf of any other person or entity.
School Window Citizen Portal is an online platform for individuals and authorized entities to make payments to various government entities securely and efficiently.
In using The Services, User agrees that:
By using The Services, User acknowledges and agrees that:
User consents to receive communications from School Window electronically via email, text messaging, through School Window website, or other electronic notification means. It is User’s responsibility to ensure that User’s contact information is accurate and up-to-date.
By using School Window’s services and providing User’s mobile phone number, User acknowledges and agrees that School Window may send User text message communications (“SMS alerts”) on behalf of the government entities with which User is interacting. These messages may include, but are not limited to, reminders regarding citations, court appearances, payment deadlines, and other service-related information.
Text message alerts will be sent only when (1) User provides User’s mobile phone number voluntarily through School Window’s platform or as part of a transaction with a government entity; and (2) a government entity requests that School Window transmit such messages to User.
Message frequency will vary depending on User’s activity and the requests made by the government entities. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. School Window is not responsible for any charges imposed by User’s mobile service provider.
User may opt out of receiving future text messages at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided in the text message (e.g., replying “STOP”). Please note that opting out may limit User’s ability to receive timely updates or reminders related to User’s obligations with the government entities.
By using School Window’s platform, User represents and warrants that the mobile number User provides is accurate and that User is authorized to receive communications at that mobile number. User also agrees to hold School Window harmless from any claims arising out of User’s failure to obtain appropriate permissions for use of that mobile number.
School Window reserves the right to suspend or limit text communications if School Window believes such messaging may violate applicable laws or present a risk to School Window’s systems, users, or reputation.
These communications are intended solely for informational purposes in connection with User’s interactions with government entities, and are not promotional in nature. School Window complies with all applicable laws governing electronic communications, including the TCPA.
